Welcome to  Emory Parc Place, an intimate community of 63 townhomes in Decatur, Georgia.   Our community is close to Emory University, the VA Hospital and the CDC.  We are convenient to Decatur's city center with its restaurants, shops and activities.  

Emory Parc Place are just 15 minutes from Buckhead where you can experience some of the best shopping and restaurants in the city.  Downtown Atlanta is also only 15-20 minutes away where you'll find cultural & sports activities, shopping, parks and other events.  Our community is at the crossroads of Atlanta with easy access to I85, I285, and the Atlanta airport.

Our community's amenities include common areas with a gazebo, a walking path and access to Mason Mill's park with a tennis pavilion and dog park area.   We are also close to what will be a newly renovated Dekalb County library and a senior citizens center that hosts numerous activities.

We are fortunate to have members volunteer their time to manage our Association; the Board meets monthly and is open to homeowners.  There is an annual meeting of all homeowners and active committees which provide opportunities for members to get involved in efforts to improve our community. Additionally, our community has warm and friendly neighbors who gather at the gazebo during the summer months for social events.
